Online Purchase
How to place an order?
To place an order, simply select the desired color and size of the product you wish to purchase, then add the item to your bag. Before making your payment, you’ll have the opportunity to review or modify your basket. Once you’re ready, click “Checkout” to complete your order. You’ll then be asked to select your preferred payment method and enter your shipping details. Please ensure that all information provided is correct before clicking “Pay now.”
How will I know if you received my order?
After placing an order on krismaran.com, you will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a second email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery of your package.
What if I haven’t received a confirmation email after 24 hours?
If you haven’t received your confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your Spam or Junk folder as the message may have been filtered there. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at customerservice@krismaran.com or via live chat on our website, and our team will gladly assist you.
How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@krismaran.com or via live chat. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
Shipping
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number. We work with trusted courier partners such as DHL, FedEx, Nova Post Global, and UPS (for U.S. orders).
When will I receive my order?
Our regular processing time is up to three business days. After dispatch, you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. We do not perform shipment to the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, russia, belarus. If you’d like an estimated timeframe for your location, please contact us at customerservice@krismaran.com or via live chat. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday during business hours, and deliveries to rural addresses may take slightly longer.
Please note that during peak sales periods, we may experience higher order volumes, which could result in minor delays. KRIS MARÁN cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Duties and Taxes
Duties and taxes depend on your delivery country, order value, and product type.
EU Orders: Duties and taxes are not included in the product price and are collected at checkout on behalf of your local customs authorities or upon arrival in your country.
Non-EU Orders: Duties and taxes are not included in the product price and are collected at checkout on behalf of your local customs authorities or upon arrival in your country.
U.S. Orders: Most items are shipped from U.S. warehouses and are therefore free of customs duties, with only applicable state tax. However, if an item is shipped from our EU or Ukrainian warehouse due to U.S. stock unavailability, and the total order value exceeds USD 800, customs duties and taxes may apply. You will be notified of this at checkout.
Important: Taxes and duties are non-refundable, even if you refuse the order after it has been shipped.
How much do I pay for shipping?
We offer complimentary worldwide express shipping on orders above $1000 / €1000. For all other orders, a flat rate of $40 / €40 applies.
When will I be charged?
Your payment will be processed at the time your order is placed.
Pre-Orders
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve an exclusive / limited item before it becomes available.
When will my pre-order ship?
Estimated shipping dates are indicated on the product page. You will also receive a confirmation email once your pre-order has shipped.
When will I be charged for a pre-order?
Payment is taken at the time the order is placed.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return an item?
You may return items purchased on krismaran.com within 14 days of delivery, from the same country where the order was originally shipped. Any issues with your order must be reported within 7 days of receiving it, and damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours in order to qualify for a refund.
Please note that sale items, custom-made orders, bodysuits, gloves, and brassieres are final sale and cannot be returned due to the hygienic nature of these products. All returns must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Items that have been worn, washed, soiled, altered, or returned with strong odors (such as cigarettes) will not be accepted. We kindly request that you use the original packaging for returns.
Orders in the EU and Other Countries
Please contact customerservice@krismaran.com to request a prepaid return label. We provide a one-time free exchange or return on all orders. However, the shipping cost of your order is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount. Once return is approved, we will email you the prepaid return label along with instructions within 3–4 days. Your return must be shipped within 5 business days of receiving the label after that time we will not accept the return.
Returns sent without prior approval may incur additional deductions. If you prefer to use your own courier, please notify us in advance and include your order invoice in the package. Customer Service will provide the necessary return details depending on your country.
Orders in the U.S.
The process is the same: please contact customerservice@krismaran.com to receive a prepaid return label. A one-time free exchange or return is available, but the shipping cost of your order is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount. Return instructions will be provided within 3–4 days of your request, and items must be shipped back within 5 business days.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receiving your return and you’ll receive an email confirmation once completed. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 additional working days for the funds to appear in your account. Items that are returned with signs of wear or alterations will be sent back to you.
How do I exchange an item?
If you’d like to exchange for a different size, please contact customerservice@krismaran.com to confirm availability. If the requested item is in stock, we’ll reserve it and ship it as soon as we receive and process your return.
Will I be refunded for duties and taxes?
For orders shipped outside the EU and the United Kingdom, duties and taxes are collected by local authorities and are therefore non-refundable. The refunded amount will be equal to the product price paid at checkout, excluding duties and taxes.
