
SHIPPING TIMES
We offer worldwide express shipping and returns via DHL, UPS, and Nova Post Global. Delivery typically takes 1–10 days, depending on your destination country.
If you’d like to confirm delivery times for a specific country, please contact us at customerservice@krismaran.com, and our team will be happy to assist you.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days, excluding local holidays: 1st January, 6th January, 1st April, 1st May, 2nd May, 3rd May, 19th June, 15th August, 1st November, 11th November, 25th December, and 26th December.
Our couriers deliver from Monday to Friday during business hours. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. KRIS MARÁN cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond our control.
Please allow 1-4 business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Shipping Fees
Complimentary express shipping is offered on all orders over €1000 / $1000.
For orders under this amount, a flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout depending on you delivery country.
Refused Delivery
If an order is refused at delivery, shipping costs, duties, and taxes incurred will not be refunded. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all order details before shipment.
TAXES & DUTIES
All Interntional shipments may be subject to import charges/fees (Duties, Customs, Tariffs, and VAT) which are set by the destination country.
For US orders:
Most orders are shipped from our US warehouse within 1–4 business days once dispatched. However, we reserve the right to ship from our European or Ukrainian warehouse in cases where an item is not available within the US.
Most orders therefore ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — meaning all applicable duties and taxes are included, and no additional fees should apply upon arrival.
If any items are shipped from outside the US and additional duties or customs charges apply, you will be notified and charged during checkout. No other fees should appear upon delivery.
For other countries:
All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
This means that your order may be subject to international taxes and customs fees imposed by your destination country’s authorities.This means that your order may be subject to taxes/duties that are levied by the local customs office. You will be notified at checkout and have the option to either pay these fees upon arrival or to prepay them during checkout — in which case, we’ll handle the customs process on your behalf with your national tax office.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Please note that taxes and duties are not refundable, even if you refuse the order after it has been shipped.
EXCHANGES
Customers may exchange items within any purchase – an item may be exchanged for the same item in a different size or color.
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact our Client Services team at customerservice@krismaran.com indicating your order number. Please specify the item(s) you would like to exchange, and the desired replacement size(s). If approved, we will place your replacement items on hold and email you a one-time prepaid shipping label.
Please follow these steps to complete the process:
- Ensure all exchange items are in their original condition, unworn, with swing tags attached.
- Pack all items in the manner they were received including all packaging materials, garment bags, hangers, etc.
- Use the smallest possible shipping box. Make sure to only use one box for all items you need to exchange. Feel free to keep your custom KM box.
- Print and tape the return label to the outside of your return parcel – cover any prior shipping address.
- For US orders, call FedEx (1 800 463 3339) to arrange a free collection or drop the package off at a Fedex location. Visit www.fedex.com/locate to find one near you.
If your exchange is not shipped within 2 business days of issuing the prepaid shipping label, the items will no longer be eligible for exchange. We will process your exchange order as soon as the return parcel has been inspected and approved by our logistics center.
If we have sold-out of the replacement size and are no longer manufacturing the item, you can elect to return the entire order for a full refund.
RETURNS
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt for items that have not been worn, altered, or washed, are free from make-up marks, and have all original tags attached.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for sale items, bodysuits, gloves, and brassieres due to the nature of these pieces.
All clearance items are final sale. No returns, refunds, exchanges on these items. No returns, refunds for Black Friday sale items. For returns or exchanges contact us on customerservice@krismaran.com
Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued. Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed.
Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of KRIS MARÁN. Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis, which may include 1) refusing to accept the return and sending it back to the purchaser or 2) deducting a fee from the refund or merchandise credit to cover the expense of cleaning, repair, and/or box replacement.
How to Request a Return
Returns are accepted upon mutual agreement between the Client and KRIS MARAN.
To initiate a return, please contact our Client Services team at customerservice@krismaran.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return. The team will provide you with further instructions.
For all US returns, a processing fee of $25 will be deducted from your original payment method.
For all international returns, a processing fee of €45 / $45 will be deducted from your original payment method.
Our team will guide you through the return process and provide all necessary documentation within 3–4 business days after your request.
All additional costs related to unauthorized returns (returns sent without prior Customer Service approval) will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
CUSTOM ORDER EXPERIENCE
To deliver the best service for our customers we offer order customizations such as: custom length and custom measurements. KM team will contact a customer up to 1-2 business days after an order with custom option is placed. Please allow 3-7 business days for processing your order in our atelier.
There is no returns for custom orders.
FRAUD PREVENTION & CUSTOMER PROTECTION
KRIS MARÁN takes the protection of our customers very seriously. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product and/or refuse service to any customer. This includes holding or canceling orders that look suspicious. There are various fraud restrictions that may affect your order. This includes the IP address used when the order was placed, billing and shipping address variance, shipping addresses that are non-residential, and other bank or credit card restrictions. If your order was cancelled due to a fraud restriction, you may try to reorder by fixing erroneous information, changing the shipping address to a residential location, and/or changing to the PayPal payment method.
